What's new in Classroomscreen: August 2025

We know back to school is a busy time, so we’ll keep this one short and sweet. Our updates so far this year are all about personalization - making your Classroomscreen feel even more like yours. From fresh stickers and backgrounds to new color themes and alignment options, we’ve added a bunch of tools to help you design screens that fit your classroom style. Let’s dive in!
New backgrounds
We've had a mini-project this year to add 250 new backgrounds to our collection, focusing on new landscapes, animals, animated and illustrated options. We hit our goal in June and had so much fun picking out the new additions.
And by popular demand, we also added 16 new animated backgrounds!

New stickers
We had a lot of sticker suggestions the last few months so our Illustrator Heleanne has been busy adding 4 new sticker sheets for you to use this year.
5 new pastel color themes
Soft, calming, and easy on the eyes—these new pastel themes are perfect for teachers who prefer a lighter, more subtle design. They also look great with our new Illustrated backgrounds.
Alignment
Ever wish it was easier to line things up neatly? Now it is! We’ve added alignment options to help you snap widgets into place, so your screens look cleaner and more organized without the guesswork.

Here’s a quick summary of what else we’ve added behind the scenes:
- Small bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements
- A couple of new fonts for the Text widget
